We have long been supporters of Force-Free positive reinforcement training methods and we now have the Pet Industry Portal and the Pet Professional Guild as a leading advocate for it as well.
We proudly adhere to the Guiding Principles of the Guild as we believe that dogs need an advocate for fair and humane training methods and that those advocates should be at the very least their owners and their trainer.
